Cancelation policy :

Cancel 30 – 20 days before – No charge

Cancel 21 – 15 days before – 50% of full amount will be charged

Cancel 14 – 1 days prior visit – full amount charge

Change of date 30 days prior to visit – £480

Solomon Theatre cannot attend – admin team will try to rearrange new date or full refund

• • The Solomon team are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the first session, all performances and workshops are performed exactly as per rehearsals.
  • To ensure the sessions run smoothly we ask you to keep to the agreed scheduled times.
  • Any additional changes to show or workshop from school must be given in advance.
  • During the session the Solomon theatre acting team requires teachers to be present in case of emergency or Fire and for safeguarding. The Solomon acting team should never be left alone with student/s during performances, workshops, get in’s and out’s.
  • We require staff to escort out Individual students who are disruptive during sessions, if whole audiences are disruptive the team leader has authority to stop preforming.
  • All Solomon teams are expected to uphold the highest safeguarding policy’s while visiting schools.
  • If you require to see actors DBS certificate please ensure we are given prior notice before visiting, actors can then declare DBS when signing in at start of day.
  • All Solomon productions are copyrighted, videoing any production is illegal. Photos of production are allowed if Solomon acting team consent beforehand.
  • For load ins, please ensure there is a parking space reserved for the team, as close to the performance space as possible due to heavy set and time restraints.
  • Although we can adapt to performance space size, please ensure the performance space is clear, as the team do need space for the set and backstage area.
  • When confirming the schedule, please ensure you read it fully, and check that the site address and timings are correct.
